2. Application of the Terms
These Terms govern the use of the site and purchases made through the store.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted:

- the Shipping Policy;
- the Return and Refund Policy.
Any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain valid.
3. Products
We try to describe and represent products as accurately as possible.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen, brightness and device settings.
Products may be manufactured and shipped through third-party partners responsible for production, packaging or delivery.
Product availability may change without notice.
4. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation. This message confirms receipt of the order but does not prevent cancellation when:
- payment is not authorized;

- there is an obvious error in the price or description;
- the order appears fraudulent;
- the sale cannot be legally completed.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the amount owed using the original payment method.

8. Returns and Refunds
The customer may request a return within 30 days of delivery, in compliance with the conditions set out in the Return and Refund Policy.
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
This condition does not limit the rights mandatorily provided by law for defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
9. Legal Warranty and Defective Products
Rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are governed by applicable law.
Any commercial warranty information appearing on the product page does not reduce the consumer's mandatory rights.
The customer must contact us at support@greatsince1291.store providing the order number, a description and photos of the problem.
